Delivery time and dispatch

Goods are dispatched from Sweden. Normal estimated delivery is 1–3 weeks, unless a different delivery time is stated for the product or agreed with you. We send tracking information when available and inform you of delays. Your statutory rights in the event of late or missing delivery remain unaffected.

Delivery charges

Current standard rates are: Sweden — free delivery to a collection point; Denmark and Finland — 299 SEK; Norway — 299 SEK. The available option and final charge for your order are shown in checkout before purchase. All these amounts are in Swedish kronor, not NOK or DKK. We do not promise an express service or a named carrier unless it is offered for your order.

Large furniture

Delivery of bulky or heavy goods is arranged according to the carrier's instructions. Check the dimensions and access route before ordering. Carry-in, assembly and packaging removal are included only if expressly stated in the delivery option. Contact us if you need clarification before purchase.

VAT and imports

For deliveries within the EU, applicable VAT is included and no import duty is added for dispatch from Sweden. Norway is outside the EU. Norwegian import VAT and any customs or clearance charges may be payable by you on import unless checkout expressly confirms that they are included. Contact us before ordering if the total import cost is unclear.

Damaged or missing delivery

Contact us if the parcel is damaged, missing or delayed. Keep the packaging and take photographs if possible to help us investigate. This request does not impose an additional deadline or restrict your statutory complaint rights.
